Executive Business Coach Rosemarie Perla, President of the
Perla Group - Coaching and Consulting firm, is sought by a "who's who" of business owners, executives, professionals
and major league athletes to achieve significant life and career transformations. A licensed psychologist, executive coach
and organizational consultant by training Rosemarie brings her 30 years of experience, a knowledge base in behavioral science
and human performance, coupled with a passion to assist leaders in transforming their work and their lives. As evidence of her skill, Rosemarie has been praised in the pages of Sports Illustrated
for her ability to advise high-powered leaders and gain their trust to inspire belief and hope in everyone's capacity to change
and grow. Her work has also been featured in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review highlighting her ability
to attain results in challenging circumstances. She has successfully
coached and consulted business leaders and their teams to be their best by leading and contributing to the world in a positive
manner. The outcome of Rosemarie's consulting is that clients become transformed - from anxiety ridden managers to poised
decision makers; from supervisors or organizers of "to-do" lists to strategic leaders; and from order-givers to
human resource cultivators. Her great gifts include keen intuition and perception with the ability to "read" clients
and ascertain their authenticity. These gifts enable Rosemarie to build a high degree of trust quickly with her clients. She
listens intently to a client's agendas and goals, so that the client can discover the obstructions that prevent progress,
and then hold clients accountable for what they say they want out of their lives and careers. In addition to executive coaching, Rosemarie leads corporate retreats and training for institutional clients ranging
from healthcare facilities, engineering, architectural and law firms. These sessions focus on subjects such as leadership
and inspiration, creative life design and planning, strategic skills development as well as adjusting attitudes to result
in productive work behavior. She also assists individual professionals in energy maintenance and wellness, conducting stimulating
workshops in leadership training, stress management and communication skills. Rosemarie gained her experience through years of work as a private-practice and consulting psychologist, and as a
clinician and administrator with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her professional writings have been widely published,
and she has given numerous public presentations and workshops, in addition to countless private sessions for clients. Throughout her career Rosemarie has shown creative initiative and the ability to
see past obstacle. An example is her facilitation of the development of the Domestic Violence Initiative, an alliance between
UPMC Magee Hospital, Western Psychiatric Institute and the Women's Center and Shelter. Her commitment to organizational evolution
through best practices and fiscal management is reflected in the oversight she demonstrated as a health administrator responsible
for redesigning services during deep budget cuts at the onset of managed care. Rosemarie is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Psychological Association, and the Society
for Consulting Psychologists. She holds two Master's degrees in behavioral sciences and adult development and soon will receive
her professional coaching certificate awarded by the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of the coaching
staff of Breakthrough Enterprises, Inc. (DaveEllisLeadership.com) whose purpose is to dramatically and permanently improve
the lives of millions of leaders by developing success strategies for living and working. Breakthrough sponsors leadership
workshops throughout the year in Sonoma, California. Perla Group
associates use quantitative methods centered in research that identify specific behaviors which contribute to leadership and
team success. Rosemarie and her team of coaches assist leaders through the gaps in their management style to create new, effectual
behaviors and new avenues of direction. Visit her webiste www.PerlaGroup.com.
Suzanne Ferguson, Business and Personal Coach
Suzanne draws on a wealth of experience as a personal and business coach to empower
and support her clients. Since 2001, she has coached business owners, employees and individuals in diverse professions
as they pursue and reach their goals. Regardless of where
they work or what they do for a living, all of Suzanne's clients share one common attribute: They simply want "more"
- more out of life and more out of business. Her pragmatic approach combines action with awareness, leading clients to powerful
and measurable results.
Recognizing that one size does not fit all, Suzanne's approach is multi-faceted and highly
personalized: "I view my role as a communication specialist, applying intuition and active listening to facilitate the
coaching process. By building a partnership based on trust and integrity, I can support my clients as they open to their own
innate wisdom, providing feedback that is both direct and caring." Suzanne is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, which is accredited by the International
Coach Federation (the internationally recognized association of professional coaches). She has an Interdisciplinary Studies
degree in Psychology, Sociology and Social Work. A former
social worker, Suzanne transitioned to coaching and training as she came to believe that the best "social work"
begins with personal empowerment. She is proud of her accomplishments as a seminar and workshop facilitator, the owner of
two home-based businesses and as the mother of two grown children.
After growing up in the Baltimore area, Suzanne
has lived in rural West Virginia, upstate New York and a small town in central Pennsylvania. Each move presented additional
adventures, meaningful relationships and the challenge of creating her "best life" in a new locale.
Since 2005, Suzanne has made Pittsburgh her home. She resides with her husband, Glenn, in an urban neighborhood where they
volunteer for environmental and community planning projects. She also enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, music & dance.
Suzanne is affiliated with the International Coach
Federation as well as the Pittsburgh Coaches Association. She is the past president (2007-08) of Three Rivers Rotary Club
and is also active locally in the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce, The Small Business Network, Network of Excellence,
and Pittsburgh Professional Women.

Cathy Jennings, Networking Coach Cathy Jennings is President of Networking Advantage, LLC. Her passion
is helping independent professionals and organizations grow their business through networking and referrals.
Always outgoing and curious to learn about others,
Cathy has enjoyed connecting with others (aka "networking) for most of her life. But it was in 2004 when she started
her first business that she realized the true necessity of implementing effective relationship-building skills in growing
her service-based business. She has built a successful business exclusively through
networking and referral strategies. Through
her work with hundreds of clients one-on-one and in her workshops, Cathy has learned that most people do not share her natural
love of networking or her comfort level in connecting with others. Knowing that networking is one of the
most effective marketing tools for independent professionals and one that can be learned,
she has dedicated herself to sharing the strategies and skills that can turn everyday people into masterful networkers.
Cathy is a Certified Career Coach and has a B.A.
in Education and Spanish from Grove City College. In addition to workshops and presentations, she has taught professional
development courses through The University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown and Westmoreland County Community College for the past
3 years. Cathy shares her 16+ years of combined
experience in the healthcare and high-tech industries, including her previous position as a project manager for a medical
software start-up company utilizing artificial intelligence applications. Having made several career and life transitions
herself, Cathy offers an experienced perspective on the power of networking to create a thriving personal and
professional life. For
tips and resources on how to make your business networking and referrals more productive and profitable, visit her website

business based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has an extensive background working in law and psychiatry, military and policing
domains and human performance evaluation. Ms. Spahr excelled in the business community in a role that identified new business
areas and fostered employee growth. She created and chaired a committee to plan for both short and long-term growth within
the company and various product lines. In each of her professional adventures she has been highly acclaimed by her supervisors,
leadership within the company, and clientele. Her diverse background has allowed her to experience a wide array of work settings,
working personalities, and observe both successful and limiting work habits. Ms. Spahr remains involved in several of her
past professional pursuits, including a role as a consultant for a police think tank. She warns that her bio often sounds as if it came from an action adventure movie.
Before returning to Pittsburgh to finish her book, WWII Radio Heroes: Letters of Compassion, she could be found on
a military base wearing a gas mask, firing an M-16 and leading a squad of soldiers through a simulated village; flying over
L.A. with the L.A.P.D. during a gang takeover; interviewing psychopaths in prison; or teaching our front-line officers how
to stop a suicide bomber. She gave that all up for Pittsburgh? Yes, she loves it here. Ms. Spahr believes that the only person with the capability to limit you is yourself.
Goals are achievable as long as you desire for them to be achieved and have a clear vision and method of how to do so.
She has achieved her own personal and professional goals by applying a clear and strategic plan, achievable sub-components
to each goal area and a strong determination to succeed. Ms. Spahr has been coaching people, both formally and informally,
for years via her full-time professions. She is committed to making contributions to her community through volunteer work
and involvement in her local associations. Read about her business at www.spahrconsulting.com; Read about her book at www.powletters.com; Read her blog at www.alifecoachforbetterliving.blogspot.com
